This is my fav of favs banana bread recipe! It’s very easy and super moist and yummy. Add walnuts or fruit to mix it up!
.5 cup organic butter, melted
1 cup raw sugar
2 organic eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups organic whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking soda
.5 teaspoon sea salt
.5 cup organic sour cream
2 medium organic bananas
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine the flour, flax seed, baking soda and salt. Stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, fold in the sour cream and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool loaf in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm with melted butter.
